Need legal document to safeguard family and get custody of an unborn

07-May-2023 (In Family Law)
Hello,nI am in a married relationship where I am being mentally tortured by my wife and her family. My wife's sister has falsely objected me of being unemployed where as I am in continous service from more than 7 years. My wife has never stopped her sister rather agrees to whatever I say. My wife's brother has given life threat to my sister if she ever intervened in my matter. I have a stress related illness from September 2018 and my wife's family knew about it but they never miss an opportunity to give me mental stress. Also they are now pushing me to have a child with my wifeMy question is there any legal document which I can prepare to have safety for me, my parents and my sister's family. Also if we have a child and tomorrow they file a divorce case and trying to get alimony. So how can I get custody of an unborn child as my wife's family has very poor financial status. There is no one in their family educated enough and looking for means to extract money from me.

Hello... You can lodge an F.I.R. against them as they are harassing you...And also you can send a legal notice to them just to warn them that if they are going to behave like this only then you are going to take some legal action against them...And for now you should not think about your unborn baby(not in existence) ... That you can see after the child is born...and if financial status is not good then you will definitely get the custody... For now best option for you would be sending a legal notice to your wife's family... For more information you can call/text me.. Thank You...

yes, you can sign a post nuptial agreement with your wife. however, a stipulation as to the custody of an unborn child cannot be given a place in this post nuptial agreement. feel free to seek detailed legal advice
