Need legal advice on court marriage

Sir/Mam, I am 21yo boy and my gf is 20yo , we both are major and both are ready to do love marriage but we have few questions to confirm it here and need advice on it:n1.Can we do court marriage in one day?like we get certificate and all staff in one day?n2.Can we firstly do arya Samaj marriage then court marriage?n3.her father have some connections with police so how i avoid Problem?if i submit application to the police station through speed post then still can they file a complain against me?nPleaee guide me and also if any lawyer is from Gwalior then let me know

ans:-1)No.(from the date of application ,the registrar will provide you with next date after a period of one month( objection period). ans:-2)yes. ans:-3)these problems can be solved with proper technical manner. (after marriage you can give application to police regarding the same,stating your issues.)& Arya samaj marriage are not given such privilege as that of registered marriage or court marriage i.e; matter of creditibility).

You can marry in Arya Samaj mandir and get it registerd as soon as possible after that submit a written application along with the Arya Samaj certificate and marriage registration documents to ur local police station informing them that both of u have legally married and no action/FIR should be registered against u. . In the same time file a petition before High court seeking protection from her parents /police that no action or FIR be registerd against u . The court will pass the orders . I come to Gwalior high court for hearing ,can take my help.
