Need help on my daughter study is disturbing by a guy

HinMy daughter is studying 3rd year in a college at difference city, but we have got a marriage proposal during 2021. We accepted but with condition that after her study completes. They all agreed. But guy threated my daughter to marry him this year itself and blackmailed her to do this. Because of this, my daughter also black mailing us to arrange the marriage. in between they did register marriage without my knowledge. Because of this reason, we dont like this marriageAny option to cancel this marriage and how handle this situation to make understand my daughter to focus the study first. please help

Boy aged 21 and girl aged 18 can enter in to registered matrimonial relationship with the consent of one of the parents from both sides. In your case it looks like there is no consent from your side. If the said marriage was first registered then it can be cancelled on the ground that there was no consent from the girl's parents.

dear Client... i understand your problems... your daughter given concern or not for register the marriage... Now your daughter is in your control or that guy. If you have control in your daughter there is chance for cancel the register marriage... Need further more clarification please call me thank you... Advocate Iyappan.E
