need help -- family issue -- i need to re establish the family -------

I married my wife around 12 years ago, and our marriage was based on love and intercaste (Love Marriage). Due to a family issue, my wife filed a complaint (No FIR Registered - Closed after 2nd counselling), and while the matter was being handled at the police station, I was advised to stay outside of the house, which I have done for the last year. My wife was greatly influenced by her mother, and I believe that my mother-in-law is the primary source of the problem, even if I am consistently

hi if your wife is not staying with you currently then you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights and to ask your wife to come to the marital home in court or else you could proceed this situation accordingly

yes sir I've got your case as u can file for the restitution of conjugal rights against your wife as you don't want to divorce her and want to be with her and also file a case against your mother in law for instigating her and also as mentioned no counselling is required a registration of fir as this a process where so you can start a fresh case filing for rcr against your wife .hope this will be helpful.
