need advice to live independent life in Maharashtrian family

i am 24 yrs old unmarried woman living with my mom and dad, but i have problems with my dad like we thik so differently, i dont like his thoughts, he is so dominating person and likes to interfer in everyones life. he likes to force his choices to another. i knw i am an adult so i can live my own life without law help. but as a maharashrian family he will not allow me to do so. so i want to prepare a cotract i which i want to mention that if he want me to live in his house then i should not interfere in my life. etc etc.. otherwise i will live his house. i know my resopnsibilities toward my mom dad, i want to fullfill those too, but i cant bare this dependent life anymore. so is possible to prepare such legal contract? if yes, then what is the procedure and fees in mumbai city
sorry to hear about your situation. There is no meaning in preparing such contracts as such. Being an adult you are free to take decisions at your free will, however, in this situation you have a legal remedy that you can undertake.. talk to me and I'll guide you.
