Need advice regarding ejection from home

hiii, This is. I want to ask about how to eject my younger brother from home as he and his wife create a lot of panic for us. My parents are very old any do not have much funds to hire a good lawyer who advice us or help us to how we can eject him and his wife from home easily through court decision.

Dear queriest, 1) you forget to mention is that property anscestral property or self acquired property of your father. 2) queriest if this property is your fathers self acquired you can file injunction order against your brother restrainig him and his wife for entering the house. 3) you can also lodge a complaint with commisioner of your area if you are living in urban area or with DIG if u r living in rural area, complaining the harasment caused to your old father by ur sibling and his wife. 4) also once he is seperated your father can demand maintenance from your brother on account that he is old person and is not able to maintain himself at this age. You can approach to the secretary cum chief judicial magistrate request him to give you lawyer for free of cost, if you prove that you and your father is unable to pay for. Your father can file case mental harassment against your brother.

Hello You want to eject your younger brother from house.first it is to seen that properry is on whom name .who is is owner of house.even if it is on the name of your parents then you and your brother are living there at mercy of your parents
