Need Advice : Newly Married : Hindu

31-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
I got married last month. It was arranged through a matrimonial site. It went well for 1 month. Last week as usual my wife went outside my house but didn't return home. I continuously started making every efforts to reach her. Her parents didn't respond to my calls/sms or did she pick my calls.I went to her house twice but they all went outside as the security guard informed. I filed a missing case (GD entry) at my local P.S. Then I made several attempts to reach my wife and my in-laws but I couldn't connect. Now, the local P.S called up and saying that my wife have filed a complaint case against me. My wife saying that I have mentally tortured her, my mother treated her as a servant and asked her to clean the utensils at home. Also, I have demanded money from her parents. I am shocked to hear such false allegations against me and my mother. She is saying that she does not wish to continue with me and ask to leave her. Till now, I couldn't see or speak with her. Please suggest me.

At first take bail from the court .
And if you don't want to stay with your wife and if your wife agreed for divorce then file joint petition for divorce by mutual consent.
But without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible.
