No you dont have to give a single penny to her and contest the case. You dont have a copy of those bonds and the divorce papers are not there woth u ask your father he might be knowing it. She is just trying to settle her score again so dont her play the trick

Hi according to your query when once full and final settlement amount paid by your dad then she can not again claim in future at any time and at any cost, and the court also did not grant her maintenance to her, produce the evidences which ever you have in the court. no need to worry.

She is not entitled any money once she taken full and final settlement. It is not maintainable . Now you find out what she is doing all these long years. Whether she married or live in relationship with any one? If so it is good enough . You can file cheating case also based on this episode.

whether your father has taken divorce from court or has executed the bond before the local elders that is unclear if your father has taken divorce from the court it is valid and she can not claim any maintenance. if not she has right.
