My wife want go separate from me she want to be with her parents

My wife want be with her parents not with me. So we decided to get separated . What is the process and charges for this

if you want get divorce from your wife and if your wife is also willing for divorce. Then you can file mutual consent divorce and get separated. you should decide whether you want to get divorce or you want to live with your wife. if you want to live with your wife then you file a petition for restitution for conjugal rights.

hi sir madam. if you decided mean you can file divorce against her. fees is not tell any advocate sir because fees will different each advocate so first you file case
