my wife is not wiling to live with me but she want my money as iam servicing in army and also she wants to file divorce case by me and i have two child and she don,t want to give

if your wife is not willing to live with you then you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights petition your wife must say she is not living with you need money they will give a different marisha Dharmendra Amitabh all settlement between both of you then you can continue living life is only money oriented and not looking the family affairs then you can approach divorce both are the possibility of the future life tap into restitution for human step into the divorce you cannot go in between them that it make harassment for you if they are departing from you wife you should provide maintenance to them

You cannot avoid maintenance to your children. To wife, it depends on her income and other factors. Let her file divorce petition so that you can take defence. Family dispute is always a pressure which you cannot simply avoid.
