My wife left my home 2 months back

My wife has left my home with all jewellery more than two months back accusing me of cheating on her just because I had talked to a girl, one of my old friends over phone. Now she has blocked all of my and my family members contacts and is not willing to come back. Should i file an intimation for her leaving with all jewellery as i see no intentions of her coming back and my in laws have also been involved in interference in her decisions even after my marriage.

In such a situation you are suggested to intimate the police by giving a formal letter through post and further you may file section 9 HMA petition. Thereafter you are adviced to wait for a short time to watch the consequences of case filed by you. If the things does not work out then you may take decision to move ahead.

I g you want her back then please file case under section 9 of HMA and mention in that case regarding taking away of all her jewellery and other items. If not that file a divorce petition and again mention in the petition about taking away of her jewellery and other items.. simple intimation won’t help, Bcus she can say it’s her istridhan.
