My wife left me it has been two months she took my child and left the house with out informing me and she is in her mother's house and many quarrels between us there is no peace for me please help me how to proceed further

hi if she had left the marital home without any valid reason then you could file petitio for restitution of conjugal rights in court and also for visitation rights of the child seeking rights of the child in competent court
