My wife left me for 8 months later came back and stayed for 8 days

Hi Sir/MadamnnWe are married since around 400 days in that we stayed together only of 70 days maximum. She left me at our home and went away from me without intimating me or without my permission. Later after 8 months she came back accepting her mistake and stayed for 8 days and went to paternal house for almost 3 months saying health issue. My father visited her paternal house to see my wife, later her father said after you came her illness so that none of us should come to their home to see her. After 3 months she filed a complaint in WPS saying dowry, harassment, and life threat. After mediation by police now she is asking me to stay away from parents for sometime but time not certain. I am the only son with no siblings I am not in position to leave my parents due to their health conditions. Even I asked her to stay in our house but separate portion but she is not agreeing for that also. She want to stay away from my parents I am not willing to stay away from my parents. Guide me
