my wife left me and go to parents house

my wife and me seprated from my parents 1year back.as my was not ready to live with my parents.one month back I found 2 home adjusted to each other.one for my family and other for my parents.but my wife fight and go to parent home as she dont want my parents full nearby.what to do .I had married 11years back and have children's they r with my parents right now as nobody is there to take care
yes file a petition in court for restitution of conjugal rights, if she is interested she will come and separating parents amounts to cruelty, and as parents are also equally important, either make her understand through mediators and if this does not work file petition for restitution for conjugal rights where the court will direct her join you and lead married life.

You have two options either to divorce or make alternative arrangements for your parents. If you go to Court you will have to suffer a lot. She file case after case. If you don't go to Court also she may torture you. After hearing you in person I can give you more opinions.

Sir, First you issue legal notice through an advocate for join matrimonial house without delay. you will come to know about whet is there in her mind if she replied to your notice. if she comes to you, then continue with her, if not come, file a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty.
