hi you could file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in court asking your wife to come back to marital home and join yiur home and also could file custody petition for baby in court and also for visitaion rights to see her

take legal steps by putting her to notice for rejoining your matrimonial company. the daughter being minor, you can visit wherever she resides. if they deny access, you have to file visitation rights petition before the concern^d family court.

you need to file guardian op for custody and visitation you also need to tell me the reason for separation was it through any court judgement or without any reason or there was some negligence attributed on your side
