My wife filed objections in RCR first hearing ?? What is the next procedure i can go with ?? If she filed objections means she doesn't want to comeback.. can i withdraw RCR and apply for divorce ??

Dear Sir,
RCR is a waste proceeding. You may get it withdrawn and file Divorce case on the grounds of cruelty or desertion. It will be sent to mediation and if she demands any amount try to negotiate and pay the alimony if within your reach otherwise go for consenting divorce.
