My wife filed Divorce. I filed RCR. I need my wife to live with me.

I filed restitution of conjugal rights petition 2011. My wife filed Divorce in cruelty ground, she failed to prove her allegations. So I had got restitution of conjugal rights order against my wife on 30.01 2018.where as she got dismissed divorce order. As a husband how will I get justice with my resolution of conjugal rights order. My wife had now gone for appeal after appeal starts proceedings,(Date of filing 16.03.2018)after 4 months of the petition date till today (15.08.2019) this case is in arguments stage only. The reason for my wife to drag the case to some more months is intention to get divorce from me with this loop line saying the time has gone hence no restitution happened so the appellant my wife who needs Divorce. May try this angle. Now my question is I need proper counselling to bring my wife to live with me. But this case is in appeal argument stage for last 1.5 years at Krishnagiri court.
