My wife file false domestic violence case against me? what to do?

My marriage was on the basis of compromise bcoz she file a case against me ipc 493 and section 3/4 dp act.After that she live with me. In nov she has gone to her parent house. And file domestic voilence against me. I m state govt employe and she ask for rs 20000 per month. She always mentally tourture frm the begining of the marriage. She is two sister no brother and hav property also. She is educated and done BA MA and Bed also. I what should i do. Her sister also file 498a against her husband also. I am hindu. And my is held in temple. I kindly syggest me.
You have many option but suggestion depends on ur all details but you have a good option to file a case of divorce because you have a good ground that she is mentally torture you and whatever she demands but all things depends on court so you should file divorce suit

As per the recent judgments of Hon'ble Delhi High Court if wife is well educated then in that situation she cannot claim for maintenance as a matter of right. You have to present your case properly before the respective Ld. Judge.

You can file quashing of FIR in the high court u/s. 482, kindly come with Certified copy of FIR with you.

you have to file a case of section 9 restitution of congugal rights .and also set of few cases for safeguard...and if u think life is hard with her,just go dor section 13 filing a divorce....
