You need to draft a strong reply/WS against the false cases that are filed by your partner and tell the court that you had already filed RCR and these all are just the counter blast cases. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. agar aapki wife ne police mein aapke parents ke khilaaf complaint ki hai to app apna version bhi police ke saamne rakhe. file a statement before the police denying the false allegations and set the record straight with facts. also dv ke case mein agar parents ko party banaya hai to you may take steps to get them deleted from the array of parties. your parents may take steps against her vide senior citizen law, which can be discussed in consultation based on the facts. there are other steps also that can be taken, subject to facts of your case.
