My wife family not accepting her and not asking about her health

03-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
Good day, I'm a foreigner living in India as an overseas citizen of India. I married in 2014 to my wife and we both have two kids(boys). we have been both happy with our marriage. In march 2020 my wife lost her mother and we perform the death rituals in Delhi. In 2021 January she went to her family but when she came back her condition was changed and she started saying irrelevant words I took her to neuro institute where they confirmed that she is under depression and anxiety. I bought all the medicines but she refused to take. I then take her to her family so that she can take medicines but it was the same there. Then the family pushes us out of the house because of her conditions. it was 6:45pm and I couldn't return to Delhi. I slept outside on road till morning. Ever since then none of the family members called to ask about her health and her condition is getting worst every day blaming me and my first boy that we coursed it to her. I don't know what to do I'm dying. Pls help

It’s better for you to take care of your wife else if something unfortunate happens to her all the family members from your wife’s side will blame you only and can also implicate you in false case. Legally speaking what do you want to do next entirely depends upon you.

Your wife is under going serious medical ailments. You would be advised to keep better care of her and seek proper help of a doctor. However if she is blaming you and cursing you unnecessarily and is deliberately playing her disease to harass you, then you may seek different legal recourse.
