My wife after 6 years of marriage want to stay away from me and my fam

My wife after 6 years of marriage want to stay away from me and my family by giving reason of education and she want to stay at her parent home. .and saying that you can come to my parents home which is located 380km from pune. I am leaving in pune so need suggestion on it what can be done. thanks

0If without any genuine reason she is residing away from you then you can file restitution petition under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act and for restitution of conjugal rights and even if she is not willing to cohabit with you then you can move ahead.

sorry to know about your situation. In these circumstances if you wish to continue the cohabitation with her then you may file petition before family court for restitution of conjugal rights. you need to consult and avocate.

As per your information it seems that your wife and you are currently living with each other. If in future she leaves you voluntarily without there being valid reason then you may file petition for restitution of conjugal rights before proper Court. or if you both want divorce you may get it with consent before the proper court with the help of Advocate.
