my uncle and aunt always abuses my parents and pressurize them.

My uncle and aunt always abuses my parents. They put their rules in home which are favorable to them. Actually my grandpa already given money to my uncle when my grandpa was alive but he did not distributed that money that time, but our home belongs to my father and now my uncle and aunt is abusing and pressurizing my father and mother to stamp their name as well in legal bond paper. Also they show our neighbours that they are the victim to gain sympathy but that's not true. We are pissed of this mental harassments' . So please give some solution to that also my uncle is younger than my father so would he have the right to take partnership in our home apart from my father's choice, although we all live in same house.

Dear Questioner As per your averement we warm to inform you that you have right to file partition suit for isolate the property amongst brothers I.e uncle/your father and also share money which your grand father given to your uncle. Apart from this take the possession and force to him to vacate the possessikn if property is running in your name. Please call and clarify all query so that we can provide best legal aid.

As per your issue issue if your the amount given by your grandfather to your uncle is the earnest money of your grandfather then he is entitled to use it other wise your father may file a case for obtaining the legal share and if your house is recorded in your father's name then he is sole owner and your uncle will never obtain any share in it.
