My sister is getting mentally disturbed by her mother-in-law

My sister is getting mentally tourchered by her mother in law and her husband is not supportive. During the fight when she loose her mind and her in laws start recording her video and says she don’t have manners to talk to elderly people (she shouts back). I feel she will do something to herself as now it’s happening on a regular basis.

Hi Good Morning, As you said that, your sister mother in law and husband is mentally torturing your sister. she is having many legal rights and ways to concur this harassment. first of all she must be ready to fight for herself. else she has to face it everyday. now come to a legal perspective. as Indian law gave a huge remedies to women. first of all your sister has rights of residence, rights of livelihood, rights to live with freedom and many more using the various court cases. Well, in order to prevent your Sister from harming herself, you can call your Sister back to your Home and try to appoint a Mediator to resolve the issues between your Sister and her Husband and In Laws. If Mediation won't become successful, your sister can think of seeking Divorce from her Husband.
