My she's name smitha she try to give divorce, but she's husband take loan she's name, if she give divorce what is happen, who want pay that loan, bank person told her should you want clear loan orelse you can give divorce like that, it's true

Actually you are responsible for the loan availed by you in the bank. If the loan amount was used by your husband then you need to prove that and make your husband to pay it. In divorce proceedings you can mention about the loan as well.

even now the wife want to pay the loan up time in her name even after divorce the wife only want to pay the loan in her name you want to prove the loan get by the wife was used by the husband so make a mediation with the husband to clear the loans Court we can also file a petition that husband want to pay the loan
