My right to residense case under DV act versus my husband's contested

03-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
I've filled for right to residence under dv act last year in June but there is nothing happened. I want to live in my in-laws house. Can I go to live without legel orders or is it important to have court's permission? Can my in-laws resist me?
