My parent are not agreeing for my marriage to a girl I love

I am a boy of 20 Yr and within 4 months I will be 21, I am studying in college and I love a girl who is 20 ye of same cast and of the same village I belong but when my parents nCome to know about my relationship they are harnessing me too leave the house as the girl is a little lower in status from us and my parents are harnessing me that they will beat her and saying foul word to her can any one please help me what to doo

Hello... You can go for taking protection from high Court and also you both can marry....as you both are major and are free to take own decisions in life for marrying... And after taking protection no one can take any action against you both... Even no police can arrest... For more information you can call or text me... Thank You...

if you want to marry a girl with your free will and she is also agree and happy to marry with you then first, you will have to attend at least 21 years of age (marriageable age as per the law) thereafter you can file a writ petition before Hon'ble High Court for the protection of your matrimonial life under article 226 of the constitution of India. ap minor ho ap apni marzi se bina kisi zabardasti ke shaadi kar sakte hai ap sabse pahle court marriage registration kara ke high court Mai ek petition file kar ke apni protection ke liye kar sakte hai high court order karega police ko apki protection karne ke liye isme tension ki koi baat nahi ha bas ap strong bane high court se apko protection mil jayegi
