My name is Tiasa Mitra and I am 20 years old.I have an affair with a guy who is 1 year younger than me (18 years old).I live in Barasat but currently my parents and relatives have taken me to my ancestral home and not allowing me to go to Barasat.They are physically and mentally torturing me and even harassing me brutally.I just want to go back home and complete my education so that I can marry my love and stay happily ever after.I am really a victim of harrasment.I need immediate help!

Hello sister. Look, the age of marriage of a male is 21 years, so you can't marry him now as he is now 18 years. First of all, suppose you will get married then what is the source of income of you or your husband. This is a teenager problem. I suggest you to complete your education first. Thanks.

you must immediately make a police complaint via email and there is a specific judgement which says that action can be taken against parents who are not allowing an adult child not letting to lead her own life so you need to work on it with a lawyer
