my mother in law abuse me and my husband not supporting me

im pregnant my mother in law abuse me and my husband push me and because of that i faced an internal bleeding in my stomach i want to file a case on them but after all of these things i want to stay in ny father home during my pregnancy i feel secure plus my family can take care of me more because im on bed rest so if i file a complaint against my in laws is it possible that after that also i can stay at my fathers home till delivery and amount of delivery will be pay by in laws
hi gm first of all what had happened and all why are they not supporting and what did they say and all when was the marraige been done and all which year was the marriage been done and all what are they saying and all how much time is the marriage been done and all what is their answer and all u can file a complain in women cell and a fir again all of them and all u can also file for divorce case under the dv and u can also but charges under section ipc and mental harrasmeent and all
