My mother got divorced when I was little, she remarried and I wasn't aware of this. Years later my step father changed my name and father's name in my documents everywhere. I connected with my real father now. I want to get my original name and father's name back, please guide as to what I should do?

hello client as i can see your ussue is really need to be taken care in your matter you can get ut change tht is for sure . in this matter you nees to approach court for this issue . to get the any altration or change in documents at present the only remedy is through court that us only the way foryou.

you have to do gazette published and in two news paper information is need to furnish rest affidavit and some online process is there lekin sab ho jayega no worries just give me a free call to know better we quality work will be provided

As mentioned in your query, you wish to get your father's name changed in all your documents. There is a procedure to get it done legally as provided by the government of India. It can be done by getting an affidavit notarized in this regard and then get the same published in local newspapers and finally get it published in the official gazette of India.

yes you can get your name changed for which we will have to file an affidavit stating the reasons why we want to change name and after that affidavit is accepted by competent authority we will have to apply for the same in all the documents for correction but it can be done
