My mother abuses me verbally and tortures me emotionally and mentally.

I am 21 years old, soon going to be 22. Being a grown up woman, I have no freedom in my own house. My mother hurls the dirtiest slangs that you can't even think of and when I protest she beats me. She starts blaming me for things I was not even responsible for or things that happened before I was born. I cannot have my own choice or say. So I am planning to leave home and settled down with my boyfriend. Can I do that? Or can my mother stop me from moving out even though I am a legally adult woman?
you are entitled to take any decision about your life independently and the dictates of your mother will not legally stand in your way. so if you want you may choose to move out and settle down with your boyfriend.

you can take action against your parent for which the custody of you shall be given to the other parent or you shall be handed to child welfare society by courts order moreover, if you are adult for time being you may have to stay with grandparents

since you are an adult you have the right to lead your life as per according to your will no one can stop you as per law you can live where ever you wish as per according to yourself as your mother is showing cruelty against you you can take step against her if you wish
