My matrimonial case has disposed court gave ex parte divorce


23-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
the court given exparty divorse to me after one year i got 2nd marriage then i blessed a son thourgh my second wife, then my first wife filled set aside petition (i have doughter also with my second wife) for several times attend the court for last four times i have not attend the court due to my leg injury. then yesterday the court has case dismissed next what shoud i do. i have to pay mantanace and study expenditure to my doughter pl advice

You can file a counter stating the real facts before the court... And you have to prove the divorce case under what circumstances you have filled the divorce petition... And you will be held for maintenence to your first wife even if the divorce decreed. You can pay maintenance to your daughter too

Contact your lawyer as soon as possible. In your question there is something missing. When you are not able to attend court you must intimate your lawyer with reasons so that the same will be conveyed to court. Your lawyer will guide you accordingly.

see after one generally it will not consider and for child maintenance if your wife is not working or she is yet not married so you responsible to pay maintenance its depend on case to case , for that if you want more contact me.

You can definitely challenge her case with regard to set aside petition and that according to procedure ur 1st wife ought to ve challenged ur ex-parte order with in 90 days of order... Now tat u ve married for second time, urs is legal marriage
