If the behaviour of your husband and in-laws are intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

love marriage is something which requires a lot of understanding before marriage and unfortunately if you have not done any of those then the problems will appear. since the court does not give a separation in such a short duration unless there is a proof of cruelty which is not clear here. cruelty does not mean demeaning someone's position but physical cruelty, if you have not suffered any physical cruelty even the court will ask you to go for counselling so that matter can be settled amicably. I will suggest that kindly solve the matter amicable with your husband and in laws without involving any third party
