My husband isn't good to me and always gives mental torture. Pls help.

Hi, I got married to a govt clerk (karnataka) 5 months ago. We belong to hindu religion. My husband keeps talking negative about me and my parents. He always talks superior about himself. He doesn't take care of me. He always irritates me and doesn't like me talking to my parents. He speaks very badly to me and i am facing mental torture. Even after few warnings he remains to be the same. I am very much frustrated with this marriage. I don't want divorce but just want my husband to realise what he is doing is wrong and live a happy life with me.... I recently had a miscarriage due to some health condition of my body but he says that i wantedly did that miscarriage. He is educated but he doesn't think right or talk right. Please advise

Dear Madam, To tame the Government Servants is very easy. You threaten him to file 498A case then he will come to terms. For other guidance please visit my office with all your documents. Even issuing a legal notice to his boss solve your problem.

ok you can file a petition for domestic violence which includes mental torture and you can get all the reliefs as the court can grant prohibitary orders and he will also realise what mistakes he is doing, further if he is not paying any maintenance you can also claim maintenance, for more details you are contact me.

Hi take help of a family counseling NGO to deal with the issue and counsel your husband. Try to identify the family member to whom he has highest respect and regards, take help of them to resolve the issue.
