I am married since last 17yrs.I have 3 children the elder one is in 10th age 16 yrs boy (2) 14yr old boy (3) 8 year old girl. I bared cruelty from my in laws n husband finally I decided to stay separate but in the same house my in laws n husband din agree then I called the cops to handle the situation anyhow they manage to manipulate n decided that my husband will pay me a maintenance of 98000 for 3 children and 34000 for house rent they took sign from me n my husband they nicely threw me out of their house.ow he s not paying me wat he agreed for he jus giving me 60000 which is not sufficient for the children to take care of cos they were living a luxurious life in their fathers house they had car n driver to go to school which his father took back from them.the school is lil far from where I am staying now so they can't manage to be regular to school. They had tuition now cos of shortage of money they stopped their Arabic as well as English tuition.i can't even full fill their need

Hi...if u have filed maintenance case in court ? If yes and your husband was agreed for the above said amount in court then he can't escape from the clutches of the law and he is bound over to fulfill the needs of children. If there is no such agreement and you agreed out of court then it is done wat difficult to enforce it.

Dear Madam,
You can file DV Case with the following prayers
PRAYER
HENCE THE APPLICANT HUMBLY PRAYS
A) to take cognizance for the offence punishable u/s 498A IPC and punish Respondent No.1 to 3 as per law and extend police protection to the deponent,
B) Pass orders u/s 19, based upon S.17, granting separate residence for herself and her three children at a monthly rent of Rs. 20,000/- and advance of Rs. 5,00,000/-.
C) Pass orders u/s 18, in totality against Respondent No.1 to 3,
D) Pass orders u/s 20(i) granting Rs.25,000/- per month as maintenance for applicant and maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- each per month to her three children.
E) Pass orders granting Rs. 5,00,000/- for setting up house hold requirements, in granted residence, to make it livable, as the applicant cannot return to the house of Respondent No.1 as he is residing in the house of respondent No. 3, which is legally prohibited,
F) Pass orders granting litigation expenses of Rs.1,00,000/- as the applicant made to wander from pillar to post for getting legal aid to attend the Hon’ble Court, whereas, the Respondent No.1 falsely filed Divorce Petition.
G) The applicant also filed interim application supported by affidavit u/s 23(1) and (2) of D.V.Act,
H) That any other order/s, this Hon’ble Court deems fit, to meet the ends of justice, be passed.
