my husband is ready to divorcé but wife is not ready to divorce

My husband and me together only 18 days after that my husband going to Dubai ,we are separated in 1 year in 8 month. Now my husband ready to give you divorce but wife is not ready to divorce processmy mother in law not accept in our homemy father have a two girls, my husband home two boys, i got marriage in first son, my father in law, my mother in law not accept in our home, he said go to outafter 1 year in 8 month my husband is coming to india. i am go to our home, but he also not accept.i love my husband ,he is not ready to listen my wordmy husband listen word my mother in law.my husband also thought live to me, but he is family not accept to mewhat can I do next, please someone help out this issue.

You have the right to reside in the matrimonial home which your husband's place. Your husband and his parents or relatives cannot drive you out of the house. You can file a domestic violence case in the court to claim your right to residence and protection.
