My husband is a toxic nature I want divorce from my husband but he is not willing to give.My father in law pressurized me to give in written that you are leaving the house & giving my son to them.I filed this case in women cell but i didn't get any help form them.

If the police have not taken any actions, then you can certainly take the help of court. As you want divorce from your husband, you can file divorce case. You can file suit for custody of your child. you can file domestic violence complaint in cour. you can seek maintenance for yourself..

mam even if your husband is toxic and not letting you go out of the home you can contact my law form and my law from will help you in all possible manners as well as you can dial the helpline number that is 121 if you are from Punjab region search it from the women helpline website of Indian Government and if you still want to file a divorce or you want to get some maintenance from my husband my law from will help you in that regards
