My husband heir certificate problem

Hi ,i have one son (17)and one daughter (15 )my husband died few months ago he is the elder brother amount the three brothers and two sister .my mother in law was planned to give my husband propery to his two sons, so my mother in law force me to add her name to my husband heir certificate . So can I apply the heir certificate without add of my mother in law name,please answer

No, you don't need to add your mother in law as you husband's legal heir. It would suffice if you add yourself and children as your late husband's legal heirs. Your mother in law cannot touch your husband's property. Don't sign anything without reading it completely with full understanding.

you cannot leave your mother in law in the legal aid certificate your mother in law has the mother of your husband is the legal if you do so it is a criminal office so getting the legal aid certificate put all the original legal here you your children and your mother in law all for the class 1 legal Heirs property of your husband is as per Hindu equally divided among the legal Heirs of your husband death death if your mother in law Court officer right to any person out of the family or to his other sons also also write the property in favour of you and your children also that is the choice of your mother-in-law
