my husband has nominated my father in law before my marriage

my husband died due to covid and he has nominated his father in nominee befor my marriage in insurance which is provided by his company in job .
If I will claim that money then how much share (100% or less than 10% ) I will get in his company insurance .
hello client as i can swe ur issue ia really serious . as you want to claim insurance of your husband who dies due to covid. i tjis xondition you are suppose to get 100 percent of full insurance claim been wife but as your fathwr inlaw is nominated as nonmini then we have to move to high court to get it diabut into ur name been wife of the deceaed.
