My husband cheated me I want to stay with him he have sax addiction

I have 16 year son with me my husband cheating what legal action I can do need help
if you do not want to continue the marital relationship you can file a divorce petition based on the allegation of having illicit relationship. secondly you can claim maintenance from him if he is not supporting the family. You can also go for judicial separation on the basis of cheating you. Judicial separation does not have the effect of terminating the marriage you will still be the wife of your husband however you will have the liberty to reside separately.
