hi you could file section 498 A cases and domestic violence cases against harresement and physically torturing and beating you regularly then the police would take action against him and the court would take cognisance of the offence

madam it is best you approach police station and lodge a complaint against your husband there is no alternative effective way through which you can stop your husband please contact your nearest police station they will take an action against your husband

hi this is k n s k vara prasad high court advocate , in your case you have a right to file a case against your husband in your local jurisdictional police station and get the relief from ps , even though your husband repeat the same you must go to the women police station and file 498A case. even after this if you are not interested you have to file divorce and maintenance case. if you have any clarification contact me by phone or come at my office for further clarification, consultation charges will be applicable
