In this case your mother has to make a WILL and stating that after her all her assests will go to her daughter After making the WILL your father will have no right on your mothers wealth and property . Advocate High Court

Your mother should move to her working place and most important thing she has to do to change her nominee and place the name of person on whom she trust most. Also she can go in court and can file case under domestic Violence Act.

on reading of your query / Issues what I can understand that you have two issues. 1. you want to restrict your father to harras to your mother and 2. you don't have to keep your father as a nominee for pensions? on 1st problem your mother can file a domestic Voilance case before the Magistrate, wherein she can obtain restraining order from court that he cannot harras your mother by asking money. 2nd as per pension scheme till the person is alive he or she gets the same after the sad demise of that person only depended spouse is entitled for the same. therefore, in such circumstances your father is not entitled for pension.
