My father has expired and his divorce papers are missing.

08-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
My father is a divorcee, who got his divorce in 1976 and he married my mother by following Hindu rituals in 1985. He had recently expired. While applying for legal heir certificate, we were asked to produce divorce papers of my late father which has been misplaced. So what should we do now?
