My father forced to leave his own house

My father who is retired few years back has been asked to leave his own home. Now he is saying out on rent there is no one to take care. He dont want to leave our village hence dont come to me. My sister in law threaten my father to book under fake dowry case. My brother also support her because he dont wont do trouble his married life and childrens and fear that if he says something she will fill case aginst him also. Well, you proceed ahead to file a case of Criminal Intimidation against your Sister by lodging Police Complaint against her and by getting it converted into FIR under the concerned provisions of CRPC, 1973 for threatening your father to book him under the charge of fake Dowry Case.
