My father and stepmom not treating me and my sister well

My name is shiva thapa and i am 19 year old. After my mother death within one year my father married another women And after sometimes slowly his behavior toward us got changed and now my father and stepmom is not treating me and my sister well. I have not completed my studies yet and not in a position to earn. They are providing us only college expenses other than that they are not looking after our daily needs and also try to control us shout on us everytime without any reason. This all things are increasing day by day and we both are getting disturbed mentally need someone to help and guide us. Thank you

make your father understand the situation you and your sister are facing you both are not able to get your daily needs requirements fulfilled try to convince him by saying your issues or else you can also file complaint against him

there is only one way out is by filing a case upon both your step mother and father and court order will speak for itself that they are bound to maintain both the children and all expenses need to borne by the father till marriage. detailed discussion is necessary

if your father is in govt service then he needs to provide for your maintenance till 25 years of your age. if not then if your sister is unmarried or unable to maintain herself then she can claim maintenance from your father under law. you can leave the house and fetch for yourself if thats what you want. your sister can bring a case under juvenile act if she is a minor and the torture or harassment qualifies to be one under the act. she can also get a residence and a protection order under the protection of women from domestic violence act. to sum up it can be said the remedies available before your sister is manifold. for you I'm afraid your majority in a major obstacle.
