My father is adopted son He is have 2 son can he give is adopted property to one son only by will or gift can we fight later what the Law says
Yes, the ancestral property will be given to the adopted son as well. The adopted children have the equal rights in ancestral property as well. the only requirement is that the adoption paper needs to be submit before the court as a proof. but in cases like the father have made the will stating that his property after him will only be given to his one son and not the other son then in such cases his other cannot claim for such property.

It is your father's self acquired property as such he can give that property to anybody he likes. But, after his death you can raise objection in respect of Execution of such document and seek cancellation of such document. You may win the case.
