My elder brother is creating a problem in our family

For the last 3 years, my elder brother creating a problem wanted in all ways. I feel mentally harassed by him.
Now he is challenging that he will create a problem on the day of my marriage. If he creates a problem in my marriage what should I do? I don't have a father. last year my father died. From that time till now he is verbally abusing me. He also says he will abuse my wife as well. My marriage is in a couple of months. What should I have to do? Please guide me. The reason for this issue is he wants this property in his name even though this property is registered both in my name and his name. I have clearly said it should be 50/50. he is creating problems daily. couldn't able to handle it. Please help me
hi sir congratulations for your marriage, your brother create a problem in property issue if you go to police station to register the police complain or if you file the case for partitions suit in concerned jurisdiction

The property belongs to both and each has a share of fifty percent. If your brother wants your share then let him pay as per market price. Action against your brother can be initiated only when he creates an issue. Once he involves in creating trouble for you or the bride then you can immediately call 100 police emergency and file a complaint.
