My dad named. The property in my name and my elder sister unmarried is not leaving the house. She fights everyday and want to use the resources i and my father earn. We are tired of her blackmailing us for false police complain if we don't give her money. We want her out of our house
it is very simple, for that your father needs to institute a case against your sister for eviction from the house to which your father will get a positive order from court and you and your father can happily live in peace. Detailed history of incidents and your father needs to give evidence against your sister when judge will call him.

hi, here as you said that you want to oust your sister then as you told that the property is in your name then you have every right to do the same do it yourself and if facing issue then you also contact the police and if possible then oust her by force.
