my dad is having an affair with a widow

my dad is having an affair with a widow. to impress the widow he talks bad things about me and my mom,which i came to know in a phone conversation.he helps the widow is so many ways ex:taking her to doctor shop,finding a contracter for her new home,etc,when he comes back home.he says "dont use cooking gas too much,there is no money"(because i brought vegetables).he doesnt buy non veg atleast once in a year. iam so effect by his behaviour.he talks ill thing about me and mom .the widow woman comes to my home and invites to her home. there is a lot of emotional torture. what should i do
Dear Sir,
You may ask your mother to visit Police Station and lodge detail complaint if they refuse then file private complaint through Advocate. You may also file complaint against your father. For this purpose you have collect some evidence to establish that your father is having illegal connection with such widow.

ask your mom to file a case for maintenance under 125 or she can also file a case for domestic violence and get maintenance and other reliefs, it is necessary for your mom to take action and do something about it by filing a case.
