My Brother's wife lodged false FIR against me & my family

my brothers wife has lodged false FIR against me & my family members by saying we misbehave and force our brother to do violence though nothing is like that my brothers wife is always under influence of her Family as her father was in police and her brother is in some political party, and they always keep threatening us for their power, and she do physical violence with my brother and misbehave with him all the time even in public. we are very simple family but they have framed us in false thing

hello sir ldki ke father police mai so unke liye FIR Krna kafi easy rha hga but koi aapke FIR ko sir high court se usase quesh kra Diya jaygaaa unke khilaf hmm domestic voilance ka case khud kr diye don't warry sir aapkhaa se hai kya krte hai

dont worry about the case and Firstly dont penic because in such type of cases court also known that these are falsely framed by the complainant. Now the question is what should we do file the Anticiapetory bail in the concern session court and safe urself from the arresting. thnks
