My brother is deaf and dumb and he married a widows women my brother is only male child of ours parents my father is no more my mother is senior citizens my sister in law is have very bad behaviour towards my mother abuse all time she not allow to enter any daughter to meet mother house she complain false cases on all the relatives sister'inws and her husbands now a days kicked out the mother in law in own house she get shelter daughter house what the legal process to get back to own house .

there are a series of legal remedies available at your disposal. yes your mother can very well get back her own house and i have done plenty of these cases and have order to show and your mother can get her house and everything back and oust the daughter forever over courts order and proper planning is necessary
